SPEED & AGILITY

How can I get faster?

We are all born with a certain potential for speed.  Some are born with more potential than others, but a person’s actual speed is a combination of his potential and the effort he puts into developing it.

Speed is the focal point of most athletes who want an advantage over their competition.  There are numerous methods and scientific approaches to gain optimal performance levels, but few have the professional playing and/or coaching experience to back up their programming.  Arlen Harris has the unique expertise that includes both perspectives. Our speed & agility programs are designed to increase linear speed, multi-directional quickness & agility, prolonged stamina, core strength, balance, and flexibility.

Speed is not an unattainable luxury. Speed is a skill and any athlete can get faster with the appropriate application.”

(SAE) Speed & Agility Enhancement Program:

Speed kills when you DO NOT have any”
